About Venny
Venecia Vargas is the Transaction Coordinator and a REALTOR for the Jacobsen Group at NP Dodge. Venecia focuses on processing new listings, pending sales, maintaining database and lead management systems.
Prior to joining NP Dodge as a Transaction Coordinator. Venecia worked as a buyer agent and Property manager for family-owned company with focuses on single family and multi-family residential properties in Nebraska and Iowa. Venecia’s real estate career started in 2016 as a licensed REALTOR® in Nebraska and Iowa, representing both buyers and sellers in residential real estate.
Venecia holds an Associate degree from the Southeast Community College and a BBA from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.
In 2015 Venecia served as a board member in the Metro Young Latino Professionals Association (MYLPA) in Omaha to support young professional Latinos in the area. Subsequently, Venecia has been a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) since 2016.
In her free time, Venecia loves yoga, inline skating, and chasing after adventure with her daughter and husband. Additionally, Venecia is fluent in Spanish.
